*Please note: You must unpair your phone from the current Bluetooth connection for this to work correctly.
- This device uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to connect to your phone. If your phone is connected to another Bluetooth device in the car, you will have issues with connection and audio transmission. It's best to go into your phone settings and forget the current CarPlay/ Android Auto unit. If you connect your phone via a wired connection, to a CarPlay/ Android Auto device, it will automatically pair your Bluetooth and possibly your Wi-Fi. It's very important to unpair from these first.
